Donna March is the MBA Program Manager with the Faculty of Management, Royal Roads University. Donna joined the MBA Team in February 2005, but has been a member of the Faculty of Management since April 2000. Previous to joining the MBA team, Donna worked in the BCom Program Office and in the Dean’s Office as the Executive Assistant to the Dean. In her role as MBA Program Manager, Donna oversees all operational aspects of the MBA program, and works in collaboration with the Associate Dean, Jo Axe, and the Dean, Pedro Márquez, and others on academic matters. Donna is actively involved in administrative management of the residencies, Distributed Learning courses, and learner support.

In addition to being an employee of Royal Roads University, Donna has also known the joys and challenges of working full-time and going to school, as she is a graduate of the Master of Arts in Leadership and Training program. Donna brings a strong mix of education and employment experience, with specific opportunities in restaurant management, retail management, hospitality and tourism, corporate and retail sales, as well as public and private sector administration.

Donna was born and raised in British Columbia, and has lived all but five years on Vancouver Island. She values the strong sense of community that exists on the Island, and specifically, at RRU. Donna is delighted to be part of the MBA team and working with learners who are passionate about their education.

Donna is adjusting to life without studying for the MA, and is pleased to be reading for pleasure instead of course-related materials! She also loves to curl in the winter season and camp during the summer months.
