Richard has most recently practiced as a Consulting Business Analyst to the private sector and to ministries and agencies of both the British Columbia and Federal Governments. His experience includes Enterprise Application Integration based on Information Broker Architecture, web-based applications, pension administration systems, case management systems and manpower and facilities scheduling systems.

Richard’s teaching experience began with training new computer application developers in a variety of business and real-time process control application areas.
