Rob Crawford is an partner in the consulting practice of Navigate Partners Consulting, and resides in Kelowna, B.C. He has over 20 years experience in the areas of training and development, human resources management and consulting. Industry experience includes large multi-national organizations, financial services, tourism and hospitality, sales and marketing, and non-profit groups.
He has consulted in both the private and public sectors in management development, human resources and diversity awareness in the workplace, team building, career development and retirement planning programs. He has consulted and worked with many different organizations, including CIBC, IBM, B.C. Hydro, Norske Canada, and Tourism B.C. He is also a certified Birkman Assessment consultant, and a CHRP.
