Simon holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University in Israel, followed by a MA in Leadership and Training with Royal Roads University and a Certificate in Sustainable Business and Entrepreneurship with Bainbridge Graduate Institute. To support his addiction to lifelong learning, Simon is currently engaged in a PhD in Eco-Psychology, and is loving every moment of it.

Simon is an educator at heart, whose passion, experience, and ongoing learning are in the arena of cultivating adult learning environments. His knowledge and experience includes over ten years as a corporate and business consultant in the IT industry, as well as over ten years of personal and organizational development, training, and education. His work has covered a broad range of applications: personal and professional development, collaborative learning, cross-cultural awareness, coaching and mentoring, and organizational performance and change in a variety of environments. Merging the ancient principles of Eastern philosophies with the modern research into adult and social learning theories, organizational performance, creativity, and performing arts, Simon incorporates a holistic perspective into both his life and his unique, integrated services work.

Simon consults and teaches both locally and internationally. He is an associate faculty with Royal Roads University, an adjust faculty with Bainbridge Graduate Institute, a trainer with the Australian Institute of Management and the Australian National University.

Simon lives in Vancouver, where there are ample opportunities for his other passions of cycling, African djembe drumming, martial arts, spending time in the wilderness, and learning about the principles of servant leadership from his puppy dog.
