Todd is an alumnus of both the MBA and Project Management programs at Royal Roads University. His graduate work focus included innovation management in public institutions, globalization and public goods, and development-related displacements.

Todd has worked for over twenty years in a variety of roles in both public and non-profit health and social services sectors including internal consultancies in research, development and business. He has also worked as a private consultant to non-profit agencies in the fields of social services and the environment. Todd currently works as a Planner for a Health Services department the interior of British Columbia.

Todd joined RRU as an Associate in the Faculty of Management in March 2008, and teaches Emerging Global Business Issues. His current research interests include: international regulatory competition, the impact of globalization on emerging financial markets and development-related displacements.

Todd lives in the grasslands south of Kamloops, B.C. with his partner Maxine and their neurotic dog, Finnegan.
